THE VINEYARD

The project linked to the vineyard was born

from the recovery of an ancient vineyard

of Prosecco DOCG dating back to 1960

made up of Glera vines

that resist the influence of time.

The idea comes from the will

to embark on a path

of natural agriculture also in the vineyard

promoting biodiversity

and embracing in the future

also other native varieties

of the territory,

with the belief that a good wine

both expression and identity

of the territory in which it is born

and how man talks

with the nature that surrounds it.

Today in this journey there is the dream

to be able to make a wine

that can represent

our idea of agriculture

and maybe tell a little about us ..

Our first wine…

the beginning of our journey.

An ancient vineyard from 1960

that we cultivate without synthetic chemistry,

trying to protect and preserve the nature that surrounds it,

to appreciate a wine that is the synthesis of a territory,

of tradition and of continuous research.

Scacco is a challenge,

a provocation, an idea, a dedicated time, a passion.

Vinified following the tradition of the ancestral method,

with a second refermentation in the bottle

which keeps the yeasts inside,

making it alive and changeable over time.

A Prosecco with a base that matures for 12 months

in the bottle to achieve the right balance.

A wine that changes from year to year,

telling the story of the changing seasons that accompany it.
